How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Wifeupset Tree Service deserves a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Wifeupset Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Wifeupset Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@wifeupset.rest and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
